WE HAVE A SPACE OF 94 M2 AND FULLY EQUIPPED FACILITIES.
WE PRODUCE VARIOUS WEEKLY AND MONTHLY EVENTS AND RENT AS WELL FOR LESSONS, WORKSHOPS, MEETINGS, EVENTS, PRIVATE PARTIES, EXPOSITIONS, BIRTHDAY PARTY, ETC.

BOOKING SYSTEM
The signed agreement will be issued after receipt of a booking request.
The final booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and a 50% deposit.

Payment Schedule
50% of the room rental fee is required (along with the signed agreement) within 2 weeks of booking request.
The balance of payment is due (in full) 14 days prior to the event date.
If a booking is made within 14 days prior to event date, 100% of the rental fee (including setup item, staffing, etc.) is due at the time of booking.
Payment Method

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, JCB, Dinners Club, Union Pay or Pay Pal), cheque, debit and/or cash.

A 3% service fee will apply to payments over 10.000円 made by credit card.

All applicable taxes are in addition to rental fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by client: In the event of cancellation by the client more than 30 days prior to the event, any fees paid will be refunded. A 15% handling charge will be applied for the cancellation process/refund. In the event of cancellation by the client 30 days or less, but more than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit is fully non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client 14 days or less prior to the event, all fees paid are non-refundable and any fees not yet paid under the agreement are due immediately.
CANCELLATION BY DON CESAR
The Don Cesar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule (to a mutually agreeable time and date) an event at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation by the Don Cesar, a full refund of any payment made as part of the agreement will be provided. In the event of a rescheduling, all fees paid will be applied to the rescheduled event. A failure to find a mutually agreeable new time and date will be deemed and treated as a cancellation by the Don Cesar. The Don Cesar accepts no responsibility for any costs related to a cancellation or rescheduling except for the rental fees paid.
CANCELLATION CAUSED BY THIRD PARTY OR EXTERNAL FACTORS
If the event must be cancelled to comply with the requirements of a government order, external factors such as a pandemic or police order, the Don Cesar will reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable time and date and 100% of fees paid will be applied to the rescheduled date(s). The Don Cesar will honour the original booking rate for any future rental that occurs within 1 year of the original booking date. The client declines to reschedule the event, the “Cancellation by Client” policy will apply. The Don Cesar accepts no responsibility for any costs related to a cancellation or rescheduling except for the rental fees paid.

Furniture
The Don Cesar provides in-house tables and chairs with the room rental (please note that number of tables and/or chairs are limited)
Any additional tables and chairs that are not in the Don Cesar’s inventory must be outsourced at clients expense.
Catering
The Don Cesar offers a variety of preferred caterers whom clients can directly arrange catering, including menu preferences, timing of servings, payment, etc., in the event that catering services are required.
Outside caterers (who are not on the Don Cesar preferred list) may also be hired at the renter's expense. An outside caterer charge will be applied.
Alcohol
In the event that bar services are required, the service must be provided either by Don Cesar (under the Don Cesar liquor license) or Don Cesar’s preferred caterer operating under SOP (Special Occasion Permit).
All alcohol must be purchased by a bar service provider (either the Don Cesar or your chosen caterer).
Internet
Open Wifi is available in the building.
If a high volume of access or stable access for presentations/downloading are required, special arrangement (wired connection, etc.) may be made with advance notice. Any costs and/or fee's associated with special setups are incremental to a final invoice.
